Workers with the Local 1285 District 54 are now on strike following failed negotiations.
Motorists are asked to use caution along Mill Avenue SW, at Gradall Industries, in New Philadelphia, as employees set up to strike after a three-year contract ended and a new one was not reached over the weekend.
The Union President noted that wages is a major factor. No other reasons were immediately provided.
