A search warrant was executed Tuesday and netted drug paraphernalia.
Coshocton County Sheriff Detective and the Special Response Team conducted the search on Orchard Street.
Three adult male and one female was taken into custody and charges are pending.
During the search, drugs and other paraphernalia was located. The incident is still under investigation.
