Dennis Michael Jarvis, 78, of Mineral City, passed away in the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Medical Center on May 12, 2024.
Born in Painesville, Ohio on June 27, 1945, he was the son of the late August and Ruth (Bystrom) Jarvis.
After graduating from high school, Dennis honorably served his country in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1972. Throughout his professional career, Dennis served as a union ironworker with Local 17.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, the former Linda Rinker; his sons, John (Kelly) and Sean (Pam) Jarvis; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; his brother, August Jarvis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in passing by one brother.
No public visitation or services are scheduled. Inurnment will take place in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at Seville, Ohio.
