The 2025 Tuscarawas County Woman of the Year award winner will be revealed at a dinner set for next month for the five finalists.
The Dennison Railroad Depot Museum presents the award named after Lucille Nussdorfer who founded the Dennison canteen that served 1.3 million soldiers during World War II.
Museum marketing coordinator Taylur Cunningham says the five finalists were selected from public nominations for their volunteerism or making a significant impact on an organization.
Cunningham says all five finalists will be highlighted before the award is presented at the banquet. It’s October 22nd at the streetside center across from the dennison depot.
The five finalists for the 2025 woman of the year award are Sarah Difazio, Lisa Keim, Roxie Long, Vikki O’Hara, and Sherrel Rieger
