The America 250 Buckeye Train celebration is this weekend and Village of Dennison officials are reminding people of DORA rules.

This is the first time the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area will be utilized for the April 25th and 26th event that’s expected to draw hundreds of visitors.

Mayor Greg DiDonato says there will be a beer garden located at the Dennison Yard parking lot.

“They’re selling it from their facility in DORA cups, so as long as [purchasers] stay within our territory marked areas, they’re fine.”

Posted white signs state that alcoholic beverages in designated cups cannot be taken beyond that sign.

DiDonato says event attendees need to pay attention since one sign prevents DORA cups from crossing the railroad tracks at Center St. and N 3rd St. where the Age of Steam Locomotive will be.

Another sign is posted on Center Street, at the intersection of Hanna St., which is where the car show will extend past and several food trucks.
