Derrick N. “Frank” Easlick, 44, of Scio passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2022, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident.

Born in Dennison on September 26, 1977, he was the son of Barry and Linda (Lawrence) Easlick of Scio. He graduated from Jewett Scio High School and attended Belmont Vocational School where he learned carpentry work. He was currently working for a private contractor and was helping with remodeling rental homes.

Derrick enjoyed riding 4-wheelers when he was younger, and loved fishing and golfing. He will be remembered for his likable personality and his generosity.

In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his daughters; Taylor Easlick of Springfield, and Jenna Easlick of Scio; his dear friend, Tina Cooper of Dover; and his two brothers, Christopher (Tanya) Easlick of Scio, and Bill Easlick of Palm Harbor, Florida.

Derrick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hazel Bell, Dale Lawrence, Wayne, and Betty Easlick.
