Donald L. Bell, 79 of Coshocton, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026, at his residence.
Donald was born May 29, 1947, in Newcomerstown to the late James and Nellie (McGinnis) Bell. Donald attended First Baptist Church of Coshocton and worked at Walmart in maintenance where he retired. He also previously worked at Penn Michigan in West Lafayette, and he also spray-painted dumpsters. He was a member of the Coshocton Eagle’s Club and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He loved Harley Davidson and going to bike shows. He participated in many poker charity runs, riding for Akron’s Children’s Hospital and other organizations supporting children. He loved his dog Rudy “Toot”.
He is survived by his loving wife of nearly twenty-three years Renée (Tennant) Bell; his siblings Richard (Debra) Bell of West Lafayette and JoAnn (Jim) Williams of Newcomerstown; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held at Addy Funeral Home from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, July 20, 2026. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Mark Broadbeck officiating. Donald will be laid to rest in West Lawn Cemetery.
