The Dover Public Library is collaborating with Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in recognition of February as American Heart Month.
On Go Red Day, Friday, February 2nd, hospital staff will be at the library to offer a blood pressure check, a 5-minute instant screening for HDL and LDL cholesterol, and screenings for triglycerides and blood sugar.
The cost for the screenings is $9 and those participating are recommended to fast for 12 hours.
Appointments are available between 9 am and 11 am. Walk-ins are accepted on a limited basis.
