A student exchange program makes a return following a five-year break after COVID hit.
Dover Rotary Club member and Youth Exchange Program Chair Steven Higley says they are relaunching it for the 2026-27 school year.
The program sees exchange students staying in Dover for a full school year. They split their 10 months between three host families.
