Mary Alice Reporting –

According to records from the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, a gathering appeared to have underage alcohol consumption.

A suspicious person call was made Saturday, just before midnight, near Kaylor Road, in Dundee.

Units located the gathering and what appeared to be underage consumption.

Units attempted to determine if anyone leaving were sober, when a white Chevrolet sedan approached at a high rate of speech. Records indicate the driver was wearing a ski mask and the front seat passenger was observed trying to hide something under the seat, which was later determined to be a firearm.

Brody Nalley, 18, was arrested for improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and using weapons while intoxicated.

The driver was cited and was issued a summons for underage alcohol consumption.

During this time, two auto accidents also occurred, which were handled by Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers. No details have been available.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, a family came to the Tuscarawas Sheriff’s Office to report an assault. Upon speaking to the juvenile, it was determined she had been attending the Kaylor Road party when a fight broke out resulting in the youth to be assaulted. Photos were taken of the injuries and the report notes that video footage was located referencing the incidents showing the assault on two individuals.
