The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital A1c Screening will take place on Tuesday, March 24th from 9 am – 11 am at Swiss Village Bulk Food Store, 309 S Broadway Street, Sugarcreek. Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This finger stick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. The cost is $10. (Cash or check only).
