The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital A1c Screening will take place on Monday, October 19th from 8 am – 10 am at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Orthopedic Surgery Office, 515 Union Avenue; Suite 167, Dover. Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This finger stick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. The cost is $10. (Cash or check only).
