Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital A1c Screening will take place on Monday, May 13th from 10 am – 12 Noon at Bolivar Public Library, 455 Water Street, Bolivar. Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This finger stick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months.
