The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital A1c Screening will take place on Monday, February 16th from 8 am – 10 am at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Orthopedic Surgery office, 515 Union Avenue, Suite 167, Dover. Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This finger stick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. The cost is $10. (Cash or check only).
