Dennison Rotary Heath Check Up – Community Health Blood Screening Testing dates are Saturday, April 5th, and Saturday, April 12th. Appointments are available between 5:15 am – 10:30 am. This is at Eastport Avenue Elementary School, 1200 Eastport Avenue, Uhrichsville. Enter the school on the stadium/parking lot side of the building. The $50 basic profile includes over 50 blood tests. 10 – 12 hours of fasting is recommended. Consumption of water is permitted and suggested. Optional tests are available. Pre-registration required. Online registration is open now at www.dennisonrotary.com/health-checkup. Walk-ins will be assessed an additional $5.00 registration fee and may have an extended waiting period. Payment by Cash, checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to the Dennison Rotary Club. No credit or debit cards are accepted.
