Free Diabetic Screening Day will take place on Saturday, November 2nd from 8 – 11:30 am at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, Reeves Auditorium. “Early Detection Saves Lives” Know your numbers. This FREE comprehensive NON-FASTING screening includes Hemoglobin A1C finger stick, Foot exam with podiatrist, Eye exam with optometrist, Used eyeglass collection, Diabetic Wound Care/Education.
