Want to learn Tai Chi for free to help your arthritis? The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host an introductory Tai Chi class for Arthritis at its Bolivar Branch on Wednesday, October 28th at 2:00PM. The program is offered through a partnership with the Tuscarawas County Health Department. Space is limited and registration is required for this free program.
