Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum (JHM) hosting The Grand Tour, Summer Kids Program.

June 7 - July 19

JHM’s Grand Tour Summer Kids Program will take place every Friday, with the exception of July 5th. Embark on an extraordinary journey this summer with their thrilling children’s program, The Grand Tour with the Johnson Brothers! Every Friday, (excluding July 5th) young adventurers will traverse the globe as the Johnson Brothers, the founders of JHM, once did in the 1800’s. Join JHM and see what it was like as JHM’s own David and John Johnson participated in traveling around the world and experiencing and learning about the cultures that were different from their own and returning with the knowledge to share with their homes. Through interactive activities, games and crafts, children will ignite their curiosity and broaden their horizons while learning about science, art and music across Europe, Africa and Asia. Join JHM for a summer of exploration, discovery and endless fun! The summer program is geared toward children ages 3 – 5 and 6 – 12. Admission is $1 per child per session. Families will be allowed to explore the Museum after each session. Space is limited.  Reservations are required. You can register by calling, 740.622.8710 or by visiting jhmuseum.org/summer. The Grand Tour is being presented in conjunction with the Coshocton Public Library, Clary Gardens, Historic Roscoe Village and the Pomerene Center for the Arts. Cool summer programming will be offered throughout the month of June and July at each location. The Grand Tour is supported by the Charles E and Dorothy S Bechtol Fund. The JHM is located in Historic Roscoe Village at 300 N Whitewoman Street, Coshocton.
