Come out and enjoy the New Beginnings Fall Festival September 7th starting at 4pm. The festival will include free food, live band, games and prizes for kids, plus a chili cookoff. The event will be held rain or shine. New Beginnings Fall Festival will take place at The Pavilion at First Baptist Church 878 Commercial Avenue SW, in New Philadelphia.
