Mary Alice Reporting – The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office has cited a New Philadelphia teenager after a Monday crash.
The 3:25pm call had units responding to US 36 and State Route 751, in Oxford Township.
An investigation determined that a 21-year-old from Millersburg was traveling on US 36 when 19-year-old, Ryan Osburn, of New Phila, failed to stop at a sign on SR 751, striking the vehicle on the passenger side, which caused it to go into the eastbound lane and hit a trailer.
The hit vehicle had a teenage passenger, who was transported by emergency squad to a MedFlight helipad. His condition is unknown.
The other drivers were treated and released on scene.
Osburn was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
