A 33-year-old Newcomerstown area man is in custody following a Monday burglary call.
Records from the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office indicates the 8pm call directed law enforcement to Old Zimmerman Road, in Sugarcreek.
The caller reported an unknown male had entered her home. Her and her children hid behind a locked door.
A deputy responding to the call located a vehicle and suspect in the vicinity matching a provided description. The county jail roster indicates that Justin Hestin is also charged with driving under OVI suspension.
