Nick McWilliams reporting – A Wednesday afternoon incident in Coshocton claimed the life of a 58-year-old man.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. in a business parking lot in the city, according to a release from the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies determined that Craig Affolter was walking in the parking lot when he fell, and was struck by a vehicle driven by an 88-year old.
Affolter was pinned beneath the vehicle, and emergency personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Coshocton County EMS, the Coshocton City Fire Department, and the county coroner’s office assisted in scene, with no other details made available at this time.
