Nick McWilliams reporting – The Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank will make a stop at the New Philadelphia McDonald’s location on Fourth Street.

From April 24th through May 5th, the group is taking part in whats been deemed the world’s largest diaper drive, aiming to supply 120,000 diapers to distribute to families in Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, Medina, Harrison, and Carroll Counties.

On Tuesday, the diaper bank’s truck will be on location in New Phila starting at 1 p.m., accepting diapers and wipes. Also on Tuesday, a truck will be at the Cadiz McDonald’s at 9 a.m. and Huebner Chevrolet in Carrollton at 11 a.m.

Other Tuscarawas County McDonald’s donation stops are in Uhrichsville on McCauley Drive and Davis Road in Dover, which will remain until May 5th.

The most needed sizes and four to seven, along with pull-ups. Distribution sites in the local county are the Dover New Philadelphia Salvation Army and the Tuscarawas County Health Department.
