Frances E. Regula, 98, of Dover passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Park Village Health Care Center.
Born in Newcomerstown on August 26, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Lelia (Pope) Smith. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Roberta Barcroft.
Frances graduated from Newcomerstown High School.
She married the late Russell Regula. Shortly after Russell passed away, Frances began working for Lindy’s, The Yum Yum Tree, and Fashion Bug.
She leaves behind her two sons; Michael (Mary) Regula of Westerville, and Richard (Diane) Regula of Dover; two grandchildren, Brittany Regula (Tim Burris), and Jeremy Regula (fiance, Katie Tiberio); her nephews, Doug Barcroft of Newburgh Heights, and Lon Barcroft of Clarence, NY; along with her niece Sandy Hanenkrat Wemple of New Philadelphia.
