Frank is also survived by his brother, Allen (Doreen, deceased) Hicks; sister, Bonita (Wes, deceased) Ingland; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Mike Hicks with whom he had been especially close. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Betty Hicks, Arthur and Carol Hicks, and Owen and Esther Hicks and sisters, Barbara, Hazel, and Vera Hicks.

According to Frank’s wishes, he will be interred beside his beloved wife in Uhrichsville Union Cemetery where Pastor Scot Caley will officiate a private, family graveside service. A public celebration of his life is planned for a future date, and this website will be updated with details when they are confirmed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Hospital Twin City Foundation and Crossroads Hospice.
