Fredrick Willard Miller, age 73, of Sugarcreek, passed away peacefully, on Friday, October 13, 2023, while under the care of Community Hospice in The Truman House at New Philadelphia, after a battle with cancer.
Born March 22, 1950, at Delaware, Ohio, Fred was a son of the late Ralph Dean and Ruby Vira (Cade) Miller.
After graduating high school Fred served in the US Army. He then began a long career in sales. He was always known as a hard worker. In his later years he enjoyed tinkering in his home wood shop.
Fred is survived by his children, Fred Miller of Dover, Randy (Heather) Miller of Dover, Regina McCue of New Philadelphia, Jeff McCue of Dennison, and Pam McCue of Reno Nevada; multiple grand and great-grandchildren, brothers, Dean Miller, Robert Miller, and Joe Miller; and half-brother, Jerry Dale Miller.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with Fred’s wishes he will be buried at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. No services are planned at this time.
