Parents and guardians can get peace of mind when it comes to knowing if cars seats are installed properly.
The Dover Fire Department is hosting a free event on Wednesday, from 4:30 to 6:30pm.
The car seat checkup will feature a Nationally Certified Safety Technician to ensure a car seat is right for the child and installed correctly. A limited number of seats and boosts will be available for families whose seats are expired or considered unsafe.
The rain or shine check will be at the Dover Station located at 200 Dublin Drive.
