Gary Dan Kramer, 73, of New Philadelphia, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover. Born December 31, 1948, in Dennison, he was a son of the late Paul H. and Harriet M. (Long) Kramer. He was a lifelong area resident who had been employed by Whitacre & Greer and was an avid fisherman.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Tammy Jo Kramer; son, Eric William (Kimberly) Kramer; grandchildren, Sierra, Shannon, Tyler, and Trevor; brothers, Paul W. and John R. Kramer; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Gary D. Kramer II and Neil Allan Kramer; sister, Madalyne “Jane” Cline; brother, Robert E. Kramer; and a dear niece, Liz Clingerman.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite mental health charity.
