Gloria J. Everett, 96, of Dover passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, in the Community Hospice Truman House.
She was born on August 13, 1926, in Uhrichsville and was the daughter of the late Frederick and Ida Wires Gamble. Gloria was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Everett on September 12, 2001; son, Frederick “Rick” Everett; and sister, Delores “June” Deering.
She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in New Philadelphia. Gloria was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her family and especially loved dancing with her husband, Jack.
She is survived by her children, Jack Everett of Tuscarawas, Mark (Jeannie) Everett of Newcomerstown, Lori (Walter) Young of Dover; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Private family graveside services will be held in the Evergreen Burial Park, New Philadelphia.
