Henry J. Young 86, of Newcomerstown, died Monday, May 9, 2022, in his residence. He was born in Dennison on August 24, 1935. He was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. His wife, the former Mary Draime, preceded him in death on February 21, 2018.
Henry is survived by 5 sons, Gary (Louise) Young of Forsythe, Ga., Kenny (Cindy) Young of Dover, Steve (Terry) Young of Follansbee, W. Va., David (Joyce) Young of New Philadelphia, and Brian Young of Martins Ferry; 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 half-sisters.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers Jim, Les, and Chuck Young.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 13, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Fort Laurens Cemetery in Bolivar with Pastor Bill Eckert officiating. The Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling the arrangements.
