Ima Willodean Everett, age 97, began her 10,000 years in heaven on Sunday, April 2, 2023. She was reunited with her husband of 52 years, Thomas L. Everett.
Born in Dennison, Ohio on November 7, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Theo “Pinkie” Meldrum.
She worked for many years as a dispatcher for the Ohio Highway Patrol. She was an active member of Dover Four Square Church for many years.
Ima is survived by her children; Laura Ann Everett and Randy R. (Laura) Everett, Patricia K. (Phillip) Farr; sister, Edith Bair; son-in-law, Brad Blackburn; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was reunited with her parents; husband; daughter, Linda Blackburn; brother, Ray Meldrum; sister, Shelby Schneider; and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Dover Burial Park.
