A 31-year-old Gnadenhutten woman has been indicted on child pornography charges involving a 7-year-old.
Danielle Ridgway last week pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging her with two felonies – endangering children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles – and another misdemeanor count of endangering children. The Tuscarawas County Grand Jury indictment
says Ridgway earlier this year had a child victim participate in and view obscene material. Ridgway posted bond, which had been set at $50,000.
Judge Elizabeth Thomakos ordered her to have no contact with the alleged victim or any minor child. A telephone pretrial is scheduled for August 11th.
