James A. Wilson, 75, of Newcomerstown, Ohio, passed away on December 31, 2022, in Newcomerstown, OH. He was born May 28, 1947, in Coshocton, OH to the late James L. and Florence E. (Smith) Wilson.
Jim graduated from Newcomerstown High School. He worked for Jones Metal in West Lafayette for many years. He enjoyed karaoke, roller skating, and gospel singing.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Willie) Weaver of Newcomerstown; his step-children, Mark Crosby, and Jeannie Bullock; his grandchildren, Jarred, Gavin, and Logan Weaver; his sister, Carol (James) Hill of Newcomerstown.
Along with his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his long-time companion Shirley Crosby, and an infant sister, Sharon Elizabeth Wilson.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Everal’s Cemetery, with Pastor Mike Kennedy officiating.
