James C Jones, 78, of Dover, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2024, in at Hennis Care Centre Dover. He was born May 14, 1945, in Cambridge, to the late Jesse and Mary (McLaughlin) Jones. He was a truck driver until he retired.On August 26, 1962, he married Grace Elaine (McWhorter) Jones, who passed away in 2015. James is survived by his children, Bill Jones, Michele Rowland, Jamie (Cindy) Jones, Jody (Brad) Jackson; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; brother, Terry (Sheila) Jones. In addition to his wife and parents, James was preceded in death by his daughter, Shawn Westhafer; grandchild, Jamie Alan Jones; great-grandchild Arthur Wayne Jackson; daughter-in-law, Tonia Jones.
