Janet Sue Henry, age 66, of Uhrichsville, O., passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton, O., following a short illness.
Janet was born March 5, 1959, in Lakewood, O., she is the daughter of the late Edwin and Roberta (Lind) Griffiths.
After graduation, Janet was employed at Stone Container for 20 years as a bagger and machine operator. She enjoyed cooking and going to Tappan Lake with her family.
On July 6, 1985, Janet married Earl L. Henry Jr., who survives of the home. Also surviving are her children Ricky Lee Henry, Jennifer Henry and Brooke Henry (Chad Hunt); siblings Judy Carlisle, Kurt (Becky) Griffiths, Karen Hayes and John (Joann) Griffiths; grandchildren Kameron, Patrick, Makenzi, Roxanne, Promise, Cole and Carson; great granddaughter Sophia; daughter-in-law Nikole Beatty; brothers-in-law Darran Henry and Bob (Kim) Henry; sisters-in-law Angel Elwood, Brandy (Vince) Meyer and Riki Jo Henry.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by a brother Danny Griffiths; father and mother-in-law Earl and Judith (Meechan) Henry Sr.; a son Matthew E. Henry; sisters-in-law Louise Henry and Rhonda Affolter.
Funeral services for Janet will be held at 5 p.m., on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. in Uhrichsville, with the Pastor Tom Cunningham officiating. Fellowship will be held immediately following the services at the Uhrichsville Elks Lodge #424.
Calling hours will be from 3 to 5, (two hours prior to services) on Friday, at the funeral home.
