Jasmine Dione Daugherty gained her angel’s wings on Sunday, March 20, 2022. Affectionately known as “Jazz” and “Sissy,” Jasmine was born on May 11, 1976, in Dennison, Ohio. After moving to California during her school years, she graduated from San Dimas high school in California with the class of 1994. While in school, she found her love for competitive swimming. Jasmine eventually made her way back to Ohio for most of her adult life.

Aside from her pipefitting career, she fulfilled most of her time being a homemaker and dedicated her life to taking care of her children. She enjoyed being outdoors, reading, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Jasmine was known for her charm, enthusiasm, and her infectious laughter. She was amiable, understanding, and compassionate. She was also known for her beautiful smile and caring personality.

She will be lovingly remembered by her mother, June (Ron) Daugherty-Kikkawa; sisters, Bobbie (Paul) Preston, Khirin (Brandon) Kikkawa-Cope; brothers, Ryan (Laura) Kikkawa and Aaron Kikkawa. She also leaves behind children, Sierra and Destiny Daugherty, Rylee and Charles Berg; grandchildren, Thaddeus Daugherty and Ivy Waggoner, which she adored endlessly.
Special thanks to her uncle Wes (Jamie) Norman for their loving support.

Jasmine is preceded in death by her father, Larry Daugherty; uncles, Butch and Roger Daugherty; grandparents, Doreen and Bates Daugherty, Ethel and Bruce Norman, with whom she loved spending time.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Addy Funeral Home.
