Kay Marie Weber-Page, age 41, of New Philadelphia died unexpectedly, Friday, January 13, 2023, in Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover.
Born on March 5, 1981, in Union Hospital at Dover, Kay was the daughter of Tim (Lynette) Weber of Uhrichsville and the late Mary Rector Weber Donalson.
Kay was a 1999 graduate of New Philadelphia High School where she was a member of the Marching Quaker Band and Symphonic Band. She went on to study at Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. For more than 20 years, Kay was employed by Discount Drug Mart in New Philadelphia where through the years she made countless friends and met her customers with a warm smile.
Kay lived for her family. She loved being an active part of her children’s lives following them in their band and racing activities. She was known for her love of baking and had perfected the ability to make a great cheesecake. Her faith was nurtured as a longtime member of the Dover Baptist Temple.
In addition to her father and step-mother, Kay is survived by her husband, Jason Page, whom she married on December 23, 2012; her beloved children Ariana (fiancée, Xavier Terry) Weber and Jonathan Weber; step-children, Allan, Mia, Marques, and Landen Page; her brother, Tim (Vivian) Weber; step-siblings, Jennifer (Willie) Shaffer, Joshua (Jen) VanMeter, and Jacob (Taylor) VanMeter; father-in-law, Donald Page; a sister-in-law, Christy Page, and numerous nieces and nephews as well as a great-nephew.
In addition to her mother, Kay was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl F. and Maxine L. Murphy Weber, Sr, and Willie and Julia Smart Rector; a special Uncle, Carl F. Weber, Jr.; and her mother-in-law, Darlene Page.
The family will greet guests on Thursday, January 19, 2023, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM in the Dover Baptist Temple where Dr. Christopher Rhodes will lead a service celebrating Kay’s life at 7 PM. A meal and fellowship will follow the service in the church’s social hall. Private inurnment will take place in the Dover Burial Park.
