Kimble Awarded Three-Year Bid for Refuse and Recycling in Dover

The city of Dover held a bid opening on April 11th for the collection of refuse and recycling.

Kimble Recycling and Disposal Dover corporate office submitted a bid. Service Director Dave Douglas says their cost per month for each customer, recycling every other week, is $17.99.

“That’s for a three-year contract. Then we have the auction years, two auction years. The first option year is $20.23, and the second option year would be $20.94.”
