Lana “Karol” Moore, 76, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Schoenbrunn. She was born April 11, 1948, in Tracy City, TN to the late Paul and Geneva (Turner) Irvin.
Karol loved her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed her plants and was notorious for her green thumb with plants and flowers. She was preceded in death by her late soulmate of over 30 years, Dennis Berger.
Karol is survived by her children, Lonny Weaver, Lona (Todd) Arnold, William (Michelle) Weaver, Hope Moore, Amy (Lee) Lazette, and Barbara Moore; grandchildren, Justin and Alisha Weaver, Carra and TJ Arnold, Jarred and Gavin Weaver, Logan Underwood Weaver, Aleasha Miller, Gage Underwood, Tamara and Chandler Lazette, Haley (Robert) Durbin, Brooke (Seth) Caley, Aubrey and Harper Breitmeier, Justin Stoffer; great grandson, Cohwen Lent; siblings, Randall Irvin, and Sue (John) Mirabille.
Services for Karol will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown with John Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 to 6 PM at Addy Funeral Home.
