Individual who will have a bachelor’s degree, prior to the programs start, can serve the Ohio Legislature.

The Legislative Service Commission is accepting application for a fellowship program, which hires 24 individuals to serve in the Ohio General Assembly.

State Senator Al Landis notes that the 13-months is a great opportunity for individuals interested in getting involved as they assist members of the Assembly with correspondence, writing press releases, performing research, attending meeting, and other administrative tasks.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree before the program starts. There are no limitations placed on major fields of study except for the fellows assigned to the Ohio Channel, who must have a media production or related degree.
