Linda L. Green, 73, of Stone Creek, died Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Union Hospital in Dover.
She was born on January 9, 1953, in Dover to the late Roy and Florence (DiGenova) Lantzer and married Earl Green on January 27, 1974. He survives.
Linda was a graduate of Dover High School. She is a retired bus driver with the Garaway Schools and had worked as an aide at Hennis in Dover. She enjoyed crafting, especially making homemade greeting cards, and taking her dogs for rides on the Artic Cat.
In addition to her husband, Earl, she is survived by her children Richard Green of Stone Creek and Carol (Myles) Ball of Tuscarawas; her grandchildren Earl, Myles, Jr. and Elizabeth; and her brother William (Deb) Lantzer of New Philadelphia.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Roy Lantzer, Jr., sister Geraldine Cruise, son Christopher Green, and daughter Susan Elizabeth Green.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 17. 2026 at 11 AM at the Church of the Brethren in Sugarcreek with Pastor Nelson Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Ragersville Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 5-7 PM at Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek.
