Little Time Left to Purchase/Renew Dog Licenses

There is little time left to renew dog licenses before the cost rises.

State laws require all dogs 3 months of age and older to have a current tag, and tags must be renewed annually by January 31st.

A dog license allows for the dog pound to return a dog to a person easier.

Dog licenses in Ohio cost $16, and after January 31^st, the cost will increase to $32. A dog may be licensed for a term of one year, three years, or permanently.

A license can be purchased or renewed by going to the Tuscarawas Auditor’s Office or at www.doglicenses.us/OH/Tuscarawas.
