A dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol New Philadelphia Post has earned districtwide honors.
Dispatcher William L. Courtright was selected from 3 District Dispatch Centers within the Cambridge District. His calm demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to service led to receiving the honor of 2023 Dispatcher of the Year.
Courtright has received previous honors including the Gold Star Award in 2015, Post Dispatcher of the Year eight times, District Dispatcher of the Year five times, and State Dispatcher of the Year in 2022.
Dispatcher Courtwright is in contention for the State Dispatcher of the Year award.
