Mary Alice Reporting –
Twenty-two high school seniors and currently enrolled OSU students have been awarded scholarships.
This funding is through the Ohio State University Alumni Club of Tuscarawas County.
There are eight separate scholarships that went to either one applicant or multiple, totaling over $22,000.
These scholarships include the Molly B Demuth Memorial, Factory Street Pub & Grill, Matthew Hall/Robert Gast Scholarship, Hanhart Agency, Terry and Virginia Hiller Memorial, Bob and Becky Horn Family, Timothy and Karen Stokey Family, and the Tuscarawas County Alumni Club Endowed scholarship.
High School students receiving the higher education help are from Claymont, Dover, New Philadelphia, Indian Valley, Newcomerstown, and Tusky Valley.
