The former American Axle & Manufacturing plant that was forced to shut down following a fire is up for sale.
The building located at 3255 Alliance Road NW in Malvern and totals more than 92,000 square foot has been listed by Colliers for $2.2 million.
The westernmost portion of the former manufacturing property was donated to the Great Trail Fire District. Renovation is expected to remodel the building into a fire station and community building by late 2024 or early 2025.
