Marcie Jean (Biechler) Kendall, 49, of Bolivar, Ohio passed unexpectedly in her home on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022. Marcie was a loving wife and mother, as well as a friend to everyone who knew her. An employee with Tuscarawas Valley Local Schools for many years, Marcie loved working with children and was a beloved member of the staff. She was an incredibly selfless person who spent her life helping others. She enjoyed cooking, taking motorcycle rides with her husband, swimming, and spending time with her children, family and friends. Marcie was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
Marcie was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley (Ceranna) Biechler. She is survived by her loving husband Erik and their children, Andrew (Emily) Kendall of Kent, Ohio and Andrea Kendall of Bolivar, Ohio, and her father, Donald Biechler of Canton Ohio. Marcie is also survived by her sisters, Tara (Dave) Korosi of Harrisburg, NC and Tammy (Brian) Gawlak of Canton, Ohio, her mother-in-law Nancy Kendall, brother-in-law Mark (Shannon) Kendall, and her nephews Zachary and Caleb Korosi; Ethan, Logan and Braylan Gawlak; and Adam Kendall, as well as numerous friends and loved ones.
Calling hours will be held at the Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 2 to 5 PM. Funeral services will be held at the Lebold-Smith Funeral Home on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Deacon Lyn Houze will officiate and burial will follow at Fort Laurens Cemetery in Bolivar, followed by a luncheon at the Wilkshire Event Center.
