An indictment has been issued for two 31-year-olds, from Dennison, related to varying charges regarding children.
In the criminal case against Justin Napier, he is facing multiple counts of rape with a sexually violent predator, all a 1st-degree felony, as well as, endangering children, gross sexual imposition, and disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile.
According to court documents, it’s alleged that, between October 2020 through October 2022, he had engaged in sexual conduct and contact with one victim under the age of 13 at the time. A second victim was also listed regarding the harmful matter distribution.
Destiny Napier, is charged with a 3rd-degree felony of endangering children. Documents state this is in relation to one of the victims being in her care, as a parent, guardian, or such, at the time the alleged violations occurred, which resulted in serious physical harm.
Court dates have not yet been scheduled at Tuscarawas County Common Pleas.
