Mary F. “Francy” Casady, 70, of Dover, formerly of Parma, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Friday, November 4, 2022, in Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia.
Born in Dover, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Sue E. (Andrews) Casady and retired in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative from Rockwell Automation in Greenville, South Carolina after 35 years of service.
Francy was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover and could often be found tending to her garden and her flowers. She will be remembered for her love of animals and for listening to R&B music.
Surviving is her children, Shane Kimble of Dover, and Jennifer (Jason) Newburn of New Philadelphia; three grandchildren, Bailey Kimble, Audrey Newburn, and Adelyn Mechelke and her sister, Pamela Casady of Dover.
In addition to her parents, Francy is preceded in death by her four brothers, Dennis Casady, Paul Casady, Robert Casady, and Mark Casady.
In keeping with her wishes, Francy is to be cremated through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. A graveside service will be held Monday, November 14, 2022, at 1 PM in St. Joseph Calvary Cemetery at Dover with Father Jimmy Hatfield officiating.
