The city of New Philadelphia is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Tuscarawas Arts Partnership.
TAP Executive Director Wilma Mullet, last Monday, accepted a proclamation from Mayor Joel Day recognizing the nonprofit organization that promotes and nurtures the arts culture in Tuscarawas County.
Mullet says TAP is looking forward to the next 10 years.
TAP is responsible for Art on the Alley, Arts Signing Day, the Tuscarawas Arts Support Grant and other events and programs.
