A 39-year-old is asked to turn himself in for his action in a January 12th shooting in the City of New Philadelphia.
Police released that Fernando “Fey” Helena has a felony warrant for his involvement in the non-injury incident that occurred in the area of 6th Street and W. High Avenue.
The 225-pound light-skinned Puerto Rican is 5’9” and has brown hair and brown eyes.
New Philadelphia police believe he could be armed and possibly dangerous based up on his actions and the public is advised to not approach him, if seen.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Helena is asked to call 330-343-4488 or other local law enforcement.
